It is with a heavy heart that we share that David Halling passed away on December 29th. David was a terrific lawyer, mentor, and friend. He was proof that one can be a successful trial lawyer without the negative stereotypes often associated with litigators. Juries liked him. He was straightforward, honest, and modest. No bombast. No arrogance. No tricks. We will miss him.
