Kenneth Baker is a litigation associate at Halling & Cayo, S.C. with a practice focused on securities litigation and general civil litigation. Ken primarily represents individual investors in FINRA arbitrations who have lost money as a result of their broker’s misconduct. He is also a member of the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association (“PIABA”). PIABA is an international bar association whose members represent investors in disputes with the securities industry.
Ken earned his Juris Doctor (JD), and his Litigation Certificate, from Marquette University Law School, with Pro Bono Honors. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in both Environmental Science and Legal Studies. He is a member of the Milwaukee and Wisconsin Bar Associations.
While at Marquette University Law School, Ken served as a judicial intern to Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler, of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He also served as a legal intern for the Milwaukee Bucks organization.
