Nice work today Dan O’Brien in arguing our client’s case to the Wisconsin Supreme Court regarding the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) and whether its decisions regarding student athletes are subject to judicial review. A case of first impression for the Wisconsin Supreme Court on a case Stacie Rosenzweig and Jeremy Levinson had prevailed on through the Court of Appeals which allowed our client to compete (and win) a State Championship in wrestling. Five and a half years later, the Wisconsin Supreme Court is going to rule on whether that review is permissible under Wisconsin law.
