“If you work with us as a client, you can expect upfront and honest feedback. I always tell my clients that we make recommendations, but you make the decisions. It is not my job to make the choice for you; rather, it is my job to provide all the information so you can make an informed choice.

This means I will often be the bearer of bad news. Litigation does not always go smoothly or follow a straight line. I frequently have to tell clients things they may not want to hear regarding the strengths and weaknesses of their case. Sometimes, even if we know something is not true, the documents may create a different perception, and we have to deal with that reality.

At the end of the day, all I can do in front of a jury is prove what I can prove. We cannot go back in time to show them what really happened; we can only show them what we can prove through testimony and documentation. You can always expect us to be upfront and timely in telling you what is going on, keeping you involved in the case, and helping you make those important decisions.”
