Effective October 16th, 2022, Ted Warpinski and Andy Skwierawski are transitioning their practice from Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., to Halling & Cayo, S.C. Ted has more than 35 years of environmental and litigation experience and Ted and Andy have worked closely together for more than a decade.
Ted and Andy’s transition to the Milwaukee based Halling & Cayo was prompted by the forthcoming combination between Milwaukee based Davis & Kuelthau with the Chicago-based firm of Smith Amundson, LLC. By transitioning their practice to Halling & Cayo, Ted and Andy will be able to continue their diverse practice, which includes land use disputes, environmental cleanups, complex litigation, and insurance coverage matters for policy holders, without the conflicts of interest that arise in a larger firm.

Andy and Ted were formerly at another Milwaukee-based law firm, Friebert, Finerty & St. John, before they moved to Davis & Kuelthau in early 2018 and are excited to return to the smaller firm atmosphere.

Sean M. Sweeney is a shareholder at Halling & Cayo. His practice focuses on business litigation, offering flat fees for business litigation, and recovering investors losses as a result of stock broker fraud on contingent fees.
