Corey is a seasoned Wisconsin family law attorney with over 22 years of experience. He is widely respected for his deep knowledge of divorce and family law, and for his compassionate, client-focused approach. His background reflects a lifelong commitment to service and leadership—both in his legal career and in his community.

A Strong Foundation in Law and Leadership

Corey earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for then-Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson and worked as a law clerk at both a private law Madison firm and the Madison City Attorney’s Office.

He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Law & Legal Studies from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 2000. At The Citadel, Corey distinguished himself in numerous leadership roles, including election to the Honor Court. He was named to the Dean’s List and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. As a testament to his early dedication to public service, he also completed a prestigious internship at the White House in the Office of the Vice President.

• Appointed to the City of Waukesha Plan Commission and former member of the Board of Zoning Appeals

Personal Background
