Angela Foy’s practice concentrates on family law, including an emphasis on child custody and placement disputes in divorce, paternity and post-judgment cases. Angela has practiced before family judges in counties throughout the State. This focus was a natural concentration for Angela, as a former educator and teacher.

“As your attorney, I am here to educate you on the process itself and all of your options throughout the process so that you can make the decisions that are right for you and your children,” Ms. Foy said. “Together, we will develop a plan to help you meet your goals. I will advocate for you in an intelligent and diligent manner to help you achieve resolution to your case.”

Angela’s practice has continued to expand to address the varied needs of her clients and their families. Her practice includes trusts and estates in addition to substantial general litigation experience at both the trial and appellate court levels.

Angela has been named to Wisconsin Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list as one of the top attorneys in Wisconsin in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
